    UK workers losing belief that hard graft brings a better life

    A mere 73% of Brits say work is either very or rather important to them...

    According to a new survey by King’s College London, over a quarter of people in the UK do not think work is a key part of their life.

     

    It found that just 73% of Brits said work was either very or rather important to them.

     

    That makes the UK the country that is least likely to put work first of all those surveyed - with the trend being more pronounced among millenials and younger workers.
