UK gender pay-gap now the smallest on record

Gender pay gap now smallest on record - but remains stubbornly high in the public sector.

It's bonkers that this even needs reporting in 2024, but the gender pay gap in the UK is the smallest since records began (admittedly not long ago) - although plenty more still needs to be done to achieve parity.
