Working the Future client engagements & case studies

We work mostly with SME and mid-tier clients whose leaders recognise the extent to which work is changing and who want to be future-ready. Our assignments typically fall into three areas:

Business intelligence: Foresight Focus, white-labelled & collaborative reports, white papers, commissioned industry analysis and insights
Behaviour & culture change: using psychological insights to help organisations shift workforce behaviours to improve success outcomes
21st Century workforce strategies and organisational re-design: for distributed, agile and on-demand
working

Because every organisation is unique, every client engagement is different. Below are some examples of our most recent work.

INSTITUTE FOR INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

Since 2019, we’ve partnered the Institute of Internal Communication to research and write future of work reports for the internal communication professional community.

By analysing emergent work trends, we identify and spotlight opportunities for internal communicators and provide advisory on the developmental opportunities for the profession.

You can access examples of our work here.

DALE OFFICE INTERIORS

In recent years, increasing numbers of firms have turned to Dale Office Interiors for office redesign to complement hybrid working.

But Dale has recognised that re-architecting physical space is only one element of organisational agility.

We’re retained to provide future of work advisory services to Dale clients who are looking to successfully integrate people AND place for enhanced performance in the future of work.

TALK TALK

In 2020, UK quad play provider TalkTalk wanted to better understand the impact of lockdown on Internet usage.

We were retained to analyse the Internet behaviours of both consumer and business customers during lockdown.

Our subsequent report, Lockdown Lessons, is available for download here.

HYDROCK

Hydrock is an award-winning employer of choice and has been listed in the Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For for ten consecutive years.

When it was looking to formalise an employee wellbeing programme across its multiple UK sites, we were retained to help design the programme launch.

We designed and facilitated a kick-off co-creation day to build optimal buy-in from designated wellbeing champions within the business.
